By fulfilling this specific niche, AllNear will be directly assisting SMEs all over the world to penetrate into international markets, reduce financial burdens on them and ultimately, integrate technology management into their operations. AllNear intends to improve both lateral and vertical communication between businesses of different fields so that accurate information can be conveyed to the correct business parties in any part of the world. Our unique services will also be extended to end-consumers who want to buy directly from businesses instead of 3rd party vendors.

        Our strategies in promoting and obtaining both SME subscribers and end-consumers are to substantiate our strong technological edge by offering easy to locate indexes, effective search engine and secure e-commerce solutions.         AllNear plans to have physical presence by building 6 regional offices throughout the world. These regional offices will be able to provide more personalized customer satisfaction for the subscribers. AllNear aims to also provide state-of-the-art applications such as Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) that will integrate with our subscribers' Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) utilities. Multi-lingual user interface and real-time streaming media are additional tools that AllNear hopes to bring onboard, so that our global reach is firmly established.

        After initial market research in both the Asian and American markets, we believe that the current market condition is suitable for AllNear's services. We see the imminent problem of sourcing for suitable and also correct information on products and services as more and more SMEs are booming all over the world; therefore, we at AllNear intend to become the first in the industry to collect a comprehensive database of all the SMEs throughout the world in order to provide reliable trade leads and easy communication pathways for the explosion of B2B and B2C e-commerce.
